DN Equipment Parts Company launches 'Phase One' of new web presence

DN Equipment, LLC has just launched "Phase One" of its new website presence. The new site will allow visitors to view and price a select number of agricultural parts. We will be continually adding new implement parts on a regular basis. We currently stock thousands of parts that are not yet on the site. DN Equipment Parts has set out to create a simple, user-friendly web experience for our online visitors. If I purchase a part from DN Equipment Parts am I buying an OEM part or some part of inferior quality?

Answer:
DN Equipment Parts sell both OEM and Original Equipment Replacement Parts, we either purchase them from the original equipment manufacturer or we purchase the parts from the same vendor the original equipment manufacturer purchases them from, skipping the middle man and saving you money. DN Equipment Parts sells only the highest quality parts available and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Is there any warranty on the parts I purchase?

Answer:
Purchases from DN Equipment Parts are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty. DN Equipment will act as your warranty agent in the event a warranty claim is necessary. We stand behind the products we sell! Please contact us via e-mail or phone with any warranty questions you may have.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

Answer:
In stock orders placed by 2:00pm EST will ship the same day, orders placed after 2:00pm EST will ship the following business day. Backordered items will ship the day they arrive at DN Equipment Parts.

Does DN Equipment Parts have a sales office where I can pick up the parts I need?

Answer:
DN Equipment Parts operates out of a 24,000sf. warehouse located in Mount Orab, OH. Our address is 110 Front St.; our hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday – Friday. We are closed most major holidays. While we try to stock most items listed on our website we suggest you call to check inventory availability before stopping by. Is a printed parts catalog available? If so how can I get on your mailing list?

Answer:
Yes DN Equipment Parts publishes a replacement parts catalog each quarter. To have your name added to our mailing list please contact us via our contact link on our web site.
